Banquet Enquiry Terms and Conditions

1. This is only a submission of enquiry form and does not confirm or guarantee the banquet booking/s.
2. The offer of banquet would be subject to availability at the unit desired.
3. The banquet sales team of the unit shall revert back about the space availability and the commercial terms.
4. Event would be deemed as confirmed upon fulfilling the conditions like signing the banquet contract and depositing advance payments, etc.
5. Banquet events once confirmed are not cancelled & advance payment is non-refundable.
6. All payments to be made before the event, as per the payment schedule on the banquet contract.
7. GST as applicable.
8. Rights of admission is reserved with the Unit
9. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction 
10. I have carefully read and understood the Terms and Conditions and I agree.
